HOW IT WORKS
1. ARRIVE & BRIEF
Check in, host briefing, meet the arena.
Arrive at TEPfactor JBR, check in, and get a full rundown from your game host. You’ll learn how scoring works, what to expect inside the arena, and how to push towards the final chest. Once you’re briefed, the cave is yours.
2. FORM YOUR TEAMS
Split into groups of 2–6. Every member matters.
Whether you’re a group of 4 or a crowd of 100, everyone splits into teams of 2–6 players. Teams compete simultaneously across the arena, each chasing the highest score. No superstars, every player has a role and every point counts.
3. EXPLORE YOUR ROOMS
You pick which challenges to tackle. Strategy starts now.
Move freely through 21 uniquely themed rooms, each with a different mission to complete. You choose the order, and that decision matters. Some rooms test agility and physicality, others demand strategy, precision, or calm focus under pressure. There are no locked doors and no set path.
4. SCORE & ADVANCE
Earn points, unlock clues, push to the final chest.
Every room your team completes earns points and brings you closer to cracking the final chest. The more rooms you tackle, the more clues you unlock. Keep an eye on the leaderboard, competing teams are working the arena at the same time.
5. CELEBRATE
Photos, laughs, and the post-game high.
The session wraps with a final score reveal, group photo opportunities, and plenty to talk about. Whether your team dominated or barely held it together, the post-game high is real. It’s competitive, chaotic, and genuinely fun, right up to the last second.

Group Sizes
Teams are made up of 2–6 players. If your group is larger, you'll split into multiple teams and compete at the same time across the arena. We welcome groups from 6 up to 100+, with custom packages available for large bookings. The more teams, the more competition.
Accessibility
TEPfactor's 21 rooms span four skill types: Agility, Strategy, Precision, and Focus, so there's genuinely something for everyone. You don't need to be physically fit or a puzzle genius, just willing to get involved. If certain rooms aren't suitable for a member of your group, there are plenty of others to choose from.

TEPfactor is a real-life team challenge experience where your group moves through 21 different rooms, each with a unique mission to complete together. Think less escape room — more live-action game show.
TEPfactor is great for both adults and kids. Children aged 8–11 must be accompanied by at least one adult (18+) in their team. Ages 12+ can play independently in a group.
Not at all. Challenges span Agility, Strategy, Precision, and Focus — so there’s something for everyone regardless of fitness level. You don’t need to be super fit or super smart, just willing to try.

Book online in advance via the Book Now button. Walk-ins are welcome subject to availability, but online booking guarantees your slot and fast-tracks your arrival.
Kids (8–11 yrs): AED 99/hr. Adults: AED 129/hr. You only pay for the time you play, with a minimum of 1 hour. Additional time is charged pro-rata.

Sessions are a minimum of 1 hour, with most groups taking 1.5–2 hours depending on their pace and how many rooms they attempt. You can extend your time on the day, subject to availability.
No — you choose which rooms to attempt and in what order. Completing more rooms earns more points and unlocks clues towards the final objective.
Never. Unlike traditional escape rooms, you move freely between challenge rooms throughout your session. You’re constantly choosing, moving, and exploring.
Comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes. Some challenges are physical, so avoid anything restrictive. There are no lockers, so leave valuables at home or in your car.
